Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup part skim ricotta cheese
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (or Shakeology)
- 1 cup ice
