- 4 Chicken thighs, boneless skinless
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 2 Tbsp Parsley, fresh
- 1/3 Cup Honey
- 1/2 Cup Ketchup
- 1/2 Cup Soy sauce, low sodium
- Place chicken on bottom of crockpot
- Whisk all ingredients in a bowl
- Pour sauce over chicken, cover and cook on low 4-5 hours.
I eat a TON of chicken, and this is one of my favorites I have EVER had. I cooked mine in my Breville pressure cooker, but you'll get the same results in a crock pot.
