- 1 Pound shrimp (deveined, peeled and uncooked).
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat.
- Add the shrimp, garlic and cayenne pepper.
- Cook for 4 minutes, or until shrimp are done.
- Remove from stove top, squeeze lemon juice on top and add chopped parsley, mix well and serve with sides pf choice.
