Lemon Garlic Shrimp


  • 1 Pound shrimp (deveined, peeled and uncooked).
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped


  1. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add the shrimp, garlic and cayenne pepper.
  3. Cook for 4 minutes, or until shrimp are done.
  4. Remove from stove top, squeeze lemon juice on top and add chopped parsley, mix well and serve with sides pf choice.
