- 1 Scoop of Chocolate Shakeology
- 1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp butterscotch jello pudding mix
- 1 Tbsp nut butter (peanut or almond)
- Add ice to taste
Y'all, let me tell you that your shakes don't have to be boring. I know I like candy, so every now and then I'll mix up a shake with maybe a few extra calories in it, but it more than satisfies that sweet tooth.
For some reason I really like to eat or drink while I'm driving... and I drive A LOT!!! I used to stop at the gas station on my way home from work and grab a butterfinger and an unsweetened tea, now I just mix this little baby up right before I leave and I'm set for the road.
But don't you be stealing mine... get your own!!!
